NHF predicts decline in home ownership

Recent research commissioned by the National Housing Federation (NHF) suggests that the proportion of home ownership in England could decline further from its current rate of 67% to 63.8% over the next decade.

July sees increase in national house prices

New data from the Land Registry this month, revealed a rise in house prices during July of 1.3%. This rise has impacted the annual fall in house prices, bringing that figure down to -2.1%, and moving in the right direction.
