Is homebuyer confidence falling?

A recent survey is suggesting that confidence in the housing market has tumbled to its lowest level ever in the last three years. These fears are mainly based on over-inflated prices and talk of rises in interest rates.

95% increase in buy to let lending reported by major lender

Specialist buy to let mortgage lender, Paragon mortgages, has reported that between Oct 2013 and June 2014 it experienced a massive 95% year on year increase in the volume of buy to let mortgage advances it administered.
