Countrywide Residential Lettings have done it again, scooping their third top award in six months

2014 RESI AwardsCountrywide Residential Lettings, the UK’s largest lettings agency, has won the award for ‘Lettings Agency of the Year’ at the RESI Awards 2014, held in London at the Grosvenor House Hotel.
Countrywide Residential Lettings beat off strong competition to win the prestigious award, which recognises significant investment in the business and its growth strategy. This strategy includes over 20 acquisitions that are in the pipeline for the rest of 2014.

The awards are judged by a panel of industry experts, and is the third honour in six months for the team at Countrywide Residential Lettings, who also won the award for ‘Large Lettings Agency of the Year’ in November 2013 and the ‘Best Large Chain – Lettings’ at the ESTAS 2014 Awards, held in May. The ESTAS Awards recognise the best offices in the UK for delivering exceptional customer service, customers are asked to vote for estate and lettings agents based their own experiences during 2013.

Nick Dunning, Group Commercial Director, Countrywide plc, said: “We are very proud to receive this accolade at the RESI Awards which comes so soon after our success at the ESTAS Awards and the Negotiator Awards. We are the only large lettings agency in the UK ever to hold three national lettings awards at the same time.
These awards are testament to the ongoing commitment of our staff that our expertise in so many areas has been recognised by industry judges as well as our own customers.”
