Countrywide win Best Estate Agent award

ESTAS 2014 - Best Estate and Lettings Agent - May 2014It was the sixth win in a row for Countrywide at the 2014 ESTAS awards held in London. Presented by TV Property expert Phil Spencer, it was an amazing achievement for the group.

For the 6th year running Countrywide , the UK’s largest estate and lettings agency group won the award for Best Large Chain.

Commenting on this great honour Bob Scarff, Managing Director of Estate Agency, Countrywide plc, said:  “We take great pride in being voted Best Large National Chain (sales) for the sixth year running and winning the new combined award for Best Estate and Lettings Agency Group is a fantastic achievement. These awards are testament to the confidence that our customers have in the excellent service provided by Countrywide across the UK.”

A total of 6 awards were won for the Estate Agency side of the group, with another for Best Estate and Lettings Agency Chain, rounding the total up to 7. The luncheon, held at the Hilton Park Hotel played host to 700 of the UK’s top estate and letting agents, all hoping to be recognised for outstanding customer service and commitment to the industry.

All Agents were thrilled with their award and honoured to see how their dedication and hard work has been recognised by customers. Over 32,000 questionnaires were completed by customers across the nation during the competition, making it the biggest consumer survey of its kind within the property industry.
