Countrywide Surveying Services part of Countrywide plc, the UK’s largest integrated property services group with over 10,000 employees is launching the first major surveyor trainee scheme in the industry to attract and develop new talent to join the surveying profession following growth in market share, successfully winning new contracts with growing lenders and an improving housing market.
Countrywide is pleased to announce its Fast Track Trainee Surveyor Programme which is open to all property professionals with a minimum four years relevant residential property industry expertise or two years if degree qualified. This programme aims to source the best and brightest talent to join our expanding surveyor teams and assist with a busy surveying profession due to the recent upturn in mortgage market activity.
If your application is successful, you will receive a fully supported training package including a commensurate salary, company car, performance related pay, pension and healthcare benefits plus the highest quality of training from the UK’s leading property services group.
Successful completion of the training programme will lead to Associate membership of RICS and the foundations are then in place to develop a longer term professional career as a Chartered Surveyor. Countrywide Surveying Services plans to recruit 90 suitable professionals with two intakes of 30 planned in October 2013 and a further 30 in January 2014 and welcomes suitable candidates from England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales with many opportunities in London and South East.
