Leading Midlands estate agents Frank Innes have become one of the first agents in the East Midlands to provide buyers and sellers with an innovative proposal to ease the financial pressures associated with buying and selling a property.
Mortgage fees, stamp duty costs, legal fees, and agents fees are just a few of the upfront costs associated with buying or selling a property, which can increase quite rapidly.
Consultants throughout Frank Innes’ 16 offices across the East Midlands will be offering one or two year interest free loans to make it easier for sellers to put their property onto the market and for buyers to get on and move up the property ladder.
An initiative financed by Hitachi Capital, ‘Frank Innes Assist’ will allow sellers to spread the costs over 12 months. Sellers who take advantage of Frank Innes Assist will also open up their property to a wider range of potential buyers; as buyers who purchase a property where sellers are using this initiative, will also be eligible to apply for an interest free loan. This can free up cash, which can then be used to boost the level of deposit allowing them to access much more competitive mortgage rates.
