Last week, Countrywide launched a new initiative in the iconic Hacienda building in central Manchester, aimed at providing a range of services for all levels of property investors. Nicknamed ‘The Investor Hub’, the latest Bridgfords branch was opened by Ian Simpson, one of the UK’s leading architects, closely involved in the regeneration of Manchester.
Offering professional help and services to both small and large scale investors from across the Manchester area, a range of experts will be on hand to assist on a wide range of investor related topics, from rental and property management, to advice on new build and resales investment. The team at the Investor Hub can offer an all-encompassing service, including portfolio expansion, specialist buy-to-let finance and the sale of investment properties.
Bridgfords are already one of the leading estate and letting agents in the area, with this new venture marking their 62nd office opening in the region. More than 100 key players in the Manchester property market attended the launch, finding out about this unique offering, whilst a string quartet played songs that are synonymous with Manchester culture. Quite fitting for a new branch opening in a building with such strong musical connections!
Margaret Longden, co-managing director at Countrywide Residential Lettings, comments:
“Bridgfords at the Hacienda is a new and unique concept in the industry, bringing together all of the strength of the individual disciplines within the Countrywide Group into one central investor hub.
“By utilising the strength and depth of expertise within the Group, we are in a unique position to offer a bespoke solution for investor landlords, corporate investors, lenders and introducers. Our aim is to make the whole process of acquiring, letting, and disposal of investment properties as seamless and professional as possible, irrespective of the volume or value and we anticipate that this flagship office will be the first of many such operations across the national Countrywide network.”
