Property Auctions warm up as we head into Spring

With Spring just around the corner many people are now considering a home move. Auctions provide the ideal environment to purchase property and the choice of property available is much wider than many people assume.

Countrywide Property Auctions are pleased to announce their next set of auction sales, all of which feature a wide range of property types to suit every budget.  Whether you are a first time buyer, a mover or a buy to let investor, auctions provide a practical speedy way of purchasing property. As long as you are fully aware of all the requirements and do your research up front, buying at auction can present the potential to pick up a real bargain.

The first auction is coming up on March 14th at Haydock Park Racecourse and will feature properties in the North with a special focus on North Wales. On the following day, 15th March, the Birmingham auction will take place at Aston Villa Football Club including properties from across the Midlands.

Below is a taste of the properties that will feature in both auction sales.  Keep and eye out for next week’s blog which will focus on our forthcoming London Property Auction.

Full details of all properties and purchaser requirements are included in our online brochure and on the Countrywide Property Auctions website.
