Property Spotlight: Trick or Treat?

5 formation of flying batsToday when dusk turns to dark, fright night begins and soon the nation’s children, out to spook us in their favourite Halloween costumes, will descend upon our door steps to ask one simple question – Trick or Treat? So we’re beating them to it!

To get into the spirit of things, we’ve decided to spend Halloween in Hampshire.

Hampshire, is home to a number of places where there have been many spooky encounters. In particular Hampshire’s county town of Winchester where you’re most likely to get a fright from a female ghost which is said to haunt the stage at the Theatre Royal or at the notoriously haunted pub – The Eclipse Inn, where Lady Alice Lisle was beheaded.

Other paranormal occurrences in Hampshire include sightings of ghostly monks in the village of Beaulieu, a number of ghostly ghouls making appearances in The New Forrest woods as well as in the nearby villages of Burley, Hinton and Lymington.

Aside from ghostly tales, when it comes to property, Hampshire has a lot to offer and this week’s picks are most definitely a treat for your eyes!
