Snap up a bargain within the Greater London Boundary

We all know that buying a property within the boundary of the notorious M25 more often than not comes at a premium.  Easy access to the bright lights of London, not to mention the booming job market offered by England’s capital city, often means demand in the area outstrips supply and property prices aren’t cheap.  But bargains are still available.

On Tuesday 11th October Countrywide are holding a London based property auction featuring a number of homes situated within the M25.  The sale is being held at 12noon at Kensington Town Hall.  We’ve picked our favourite properties available at the auction:

South of the river, this one bed flat is just a short walk from a mainline station offering direct routes into central London taking just 15 mins.
Close to Archway underground station, this 1 bed top floor flat is a North London snip at a guide price of just £150,000.
If East London and Essex are more your thing, this fantastic converted brewery situated on Romford High Street provides great commuter links to the city.
Lastly, if you think West is best and your budget is a little more luxurious but your still looking for a bargain, this amazing 5 bed detached home in Harrow offers space and style at a very competitive guide price of £900,000.
