You may feel it’s a little early to start thinking about your new year’s resolutions and we’d have to agree with you, unless, you’re setting your sights on becoming the next Sarah Beeny, then an opportunity could await you at auction.
There’s no doubt that auction properties usually offer good value for money, and if you have an appetite to bring new life into a tired looking property or even if you’d just like to bag a bargain to free up a bit of cash for you to make the property your own, then buying at auction could ideal be for you.
Along with the potential to save tens of thousands of pounds on the value of the property, the speed at which you can secure your desired home is greatly increased. Often it only takes about 4 weeks from viewing the auctions brochure until exchange of contracts. Completion usually then follows within 20 working days.
Therefore, with Countrywide Property Auctions returning for their final sale of 2014 across four locations between 9th and 16th December, you could secure your new property project for 2015 before Christmas, meaning you’ll be raring to go and ready to get stuck in come early January!
The benefits of taking the shell of an old home and creating your ideal property are endless. Indeed, it will require hard work and dedication but the pay-offs, both creatively and financially, could be immense.
Countrywide Property Auctions will be returning to their venues in Manchester, London, Sheffield and Exeter showing lots from all over the country.
