House prices fall by 0.1% in April
The latest monthly house price index from Nationwide has revealed that UK house prices fell by a marginal 0.1% between March and April, bringing the typical value of a UK home to £165,586.

One and two-bedroom properties provide the highest rental returns for investors with average yields of 6.8% and 6.4% respectively, according to data from Countrywide, the UK’s largest lettings agent.
