UK house prices rising, according to surveyors

A poll taken by a large number of property surveyors has shown that house prices in the UK are still rising – with the possible exception of London and the North of England.

Halifax report rise in house prices for March

Halifax have released a report revealing UK house prices went up by 0.4% in March on the previous month. However, the report also stated that the annual rate for the growth of property price has slackened.
