The Great British Move – helping boost the UK housing market

Responsible for selling almost one in every ten properties in the UK, Countrywide is committed to doing more to get Britain moving and has launched its latest initiative The Great British Move.

With the UK’s largest Open House Weekend at its core, The Great British Move is designed to help boost the UK housing market.

Taking place on 15th & 16th September it will give vendors a chance to attract multiple viewings of the space of one weekend and sell their properties fast

Participating vendors will receive unrivaled online and offline promotion for their sales properties in the weeks leading up to the event, and may also be eligible for a £100 discount on conveyancing fees.

Countrywide’s last Open House event generated over 84,000 viewings for vendors wishing to sell their properties.

If you are a vendor wishing to sell, taking part is easy. Simply list your sale property with a participating Countrywide Agent and our team members will arrange all the viewings on your behalf.  All you need to do is open your door and let your property do the talking.
